Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an initial product defect.
Shoes, Gloves, and Apparel

Returns: We accept returns for unused items only. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return Shipping is Customer Prepaid. Refund is issued after inspection confirms unused condition.

Size Exchange (Unused Items Only): We accept size exchanges for items tried on indoors for fit only and which remain in pristine, unused condition. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return Shipping is Customer Prepaid; Replacement Shipping is Freight Collect (COD).

Definition of "Unused" Conditions considered "used" and not eligible for return/exchange include (but are not limited to): dirt/marks on soles, odor/fragrance/deodorizer scent, removed/missing tags or packaging, creasing/stretching/signs of wear, or damage beyond normal indoor try-on.

Inspection: Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection after the item arrives. Returns and exchanges may be denied if signs of use, damage, or missing parts are found.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Apparel: STRASSE gloves, shoes, and apparel are intended for indoor sim racing use only. They are not rated for real motorsport use or outdoor activities. STRASSE is not responsible for injuries, skin irritation, or performance issues resulting from misuse, poor fit, or failure to follow product guidelines.
